Dan is deze specifiek afgestelde training perfect voor jou.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Aerial sports, waaronder paaldansen en aerial hoop, kunnen zware belasting zijn voor je lichaam. Deze les geeft je extra handvaten in je training, om sterker te worden, en om zo sneller je doelen te behalen. Ook is dit een goede manier om je risico op blessures te voorkomen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit unieke concept, helemaal afgestemd op wat je nodig hebt als aerialist\/paaldanser, is voor elk niveau te volgen. In deze kleine groepstraining krijg je begeleiding, wordt er meegekeken met je intensiteit en vorm, en krijg je een afgestemde training.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>De Strength training is een krachttraining met een mix van oefeningen met gewichten, resistance en bodyweight. We doen verschillende oefeningen, gebonden aan een thema. Dit kan Pull, Base&amp;Core, Push of Full body zijn. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Draag sportkleding die prettig zit, en je kan binnenschoenen dragen. Neem een bidon mee, en een handdoekje. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Als je ge\u00efnteresseerd bent in een persoonlijk afgestemd trainingsschema, bijvoorbeeld voor thuis, of in de sportschool, kun je een personal training boeken bij Lisa.
