Dan is active flexibility echt voor jou!<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze lessen focussen we op het volledig gebruiken van je range of motion en het versterken van je end range. Dit helpt je \u00e9cht platte splits, minder blessuregevaar en snellere progressie in je flexibility goals.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De lessen zijn geschikt voor alle niveau&#8217;s. Je kan elke les zelf bepalen hoe intens je de les wil maken. Dit zorgt ervoor dat het een goede aanvulling is op je aerial- of danstraining.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ook ideaal als je graag leniger wil worden, maar zelf niet er aan toekomt thuis te stretchen, een plateau hebt bereikt of niet zo goed weet wat je moet doen.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-media-text alignwide has-media-on-the-right is-stacked-on-mobile\"><div class=\"wp-block-media-text__content\">\n<p>Leer meer over je lichaam, vind meer stabiliteit en controle in je bewegingen. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In deze trainingen focussen we afwisselend op flexibiliteit in de benen, rug en schouders. Vanaf begin Februari zullen de twee lessen op het rooster beide een ander thema hebben. Zie het rooster voor meer details.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Voor deze les is het fijn comfortabele kleding te dragen.
