Sensual Pole<\/h2>\n\n\n\n

This class submerges you in sensual choreo, technique and movement, so you can boost your confidence and feel sexy! You can really treat this class as 'me time', where you can unwind, learn a choreo, feel confident, learn how to dance in pole heels, and work on the technique of fluid dancing. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Discover your own style, learn to flow on music, and connect to yourself in this safe space.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

These classes are suitable for all levels! First time pole? Or already an advanced dancer? You can always work on discovering new things, developing your own style and refining techniques. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

You can follow the sensual pole class on socks, or on heels. If you choose heels, these need to be specific pole heels, for instance from the brand Pleaser. Please make sure these do not leave marks on the floor, or contain sharp items such as studs or sharp metal edges. If you do not have heels yourself yet, but you would like to try them out, that is possible too. We have several sizes, so you can try them before you get your own pair!<\/p>\n\n\n\n

It is recommended to bring kneepads as well. A significant part of the class is floorwork, so protecting our knees is essential. You do not need any fancy ones, volleybal or dance kneepads are nice. \n\nFurthermore, wear something that you feel comfortable in! <3<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bring a bottle of water and a small towel to the class.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
