We offer several styles and levels of pole dance, aerial hoop, flexibility and strength training.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Our classes have a lovely atmosphere, are focussed on your own goals and progression, and will give you an incredible confidence boost.
Pole or aerial hoop is also very fun to try out together with friends, family or collegues! We offer workshops for bachelor parties, groups of friends, and team activities as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
