Tailored strength training

Aerial and pole are heavy sports, that ask a lot of your body. To hit your goals efficiently, prevent injuries and get stronger, we make a tailored training plan for you specifically. No confused gym sessions by yourself, but a truely tailored training plan for your goal and schedule.

Lisa has a lot of experience in strength training and specialises in applying this knowledge to aerial and pole. By using specific strength training for aerial and pole, we make a training plan according to your wishes, to suit what your body needs.

The studio has plenty strength training equiment, amongst others barbells and plates, dumbbells, elastic bands, trx bands, a pull up bar, and calistenics material.

Competition training

Are you working towards a competition and would you like to show the best of yourself? Working on your ideas on combinations, moves and dance elements adds a lot to your preparation.

Lisa knows a lot about the necessarities of making a beautiful act. She has over 10 years of experience in dancing, and several medals in pole competitions amongst others the NSK (1st, '22), Mystique art competition (1st, '24) and the Dutch national championships (3rd '24, 2nd '25).

Flexibility training

Working on a flexibility goal? Or would you want to personalise a flexibility routine to what your body wants and needs? This training is the perfect fot for you!

Together, we determine what your body needs and wants, and how to fit that into your schedule. In that way, we can get beautiful results! We have a active flexibility approach, where we build strength in end ranges of movement, making your strong and flexy in an efficient way!

Goal move private class

Want to finally nail that one goal move? Well, time to check it off the list! In a goal move private, we work on your goal move(s) in the pole, hoop, or on the floor!

Together we will dive into the technique, the drills, and an training plan to nail your goal move! We'll spend the training on adjusted personal feedback, just what you need.

This can be on moves of all levels, think of an invert, a butterfly, a superman, or that one move you want to perfect for you act or competition. Harder moves are also perfect for this training, think of janeiro, phoenix, bird of paradise, aerial deadlifts, eagle, regrips, broken split, iron X, etc.
