Pole technique

Pole dance is a fantastic movement, that combines dance, strength, flexibility and crreativity. This provides a lovely mix, that allows you to decide what you want to focus on. Always new challenges and inspiration! Besides that, pole gives you an amazing confidence boost!

Pole technique are classes in which we work on pole moves, and combinations and transitions of moves. The classes are divided into different levels, so you can try at your own level, and make progress efficiently.

We offer classes at different levels, so you can really train towards your goals, and you can always be challenged and insipred. See below for more details.

Beginner course

This is a 8 week course, which will teach you the basics of pole dancing. You don't need prior sports or dance experience to join! You do not need to be strong or flexible to start pole dancing either. In those 8 weeks, we will learn the basic spins, some moves in the pole, and we will even go upsid down! The upcoming beginner course starts the 5th of March

Beginners

This class is perfect to join whether you have never tried pole before, or if you have been doing it for a bit. In this class we work on our basic pole moves, as well as on beautiful flows, pretty shapes and combinations between the moves. Besides that, it can be an ideal class to follow if you are an intermediate poler, looking to improve your tricks and moves on your least favorite side.

You can join this class with a great foundation of the 8 week beginner course, but it is also possible to join without any prior experience. This class is on Thursdays, at 19.30

Intermediate

You can join this class if you have been poling for a while, and you have your basics down. We work on techniques building on the basics, as well as on pretty flows, beautiful shapes and transitions between the moves. This class can also be great for you if you are an advanced poler, looking to refine your moves on your lesser favorite side,

Om de les goed te kunnen volgen, is het fijn als je je inverts, butterfly, leghangs en basic reverse grab op static goed beheerst. Deze les is op woensdag om 19.30.

Advanced

In this class, we practive advanced techniques. It allows you to work on your dream moves, like Iron X, Pegasus, Phoenix, Eagle, etcetera. This class is a great inspiration of combinations, variations and transitions.

Om deze les goed te kunnen volgen, verwachten we dat je ten minste intermediate technieken beheerst. Dit zijn onder andere de aerial invert, extended butterfly, superman, jade, brass monkey en reverse grab spin/swan. Ook zullen in de lessen regelmatig combinaties met ayesha/handspring voorkomen, dus ook handig als je deze beheerst/ aan het oefenen bent.



How to prepare for your class

For these classes, it is convenient to wear sport shorts and a comfortable sports top, like a sports bra, tanktop or t-shirt.
Furthermore, bring a towel, bottle of water that can be closed well, and if you want to bring your own grip products, you can bing them as well. (Only grip products that are easy to remove from the poles.)

We do not have the facility of a seperate dressing room. Luckily, pole outfits can be worn underneath your clothes easily.
